These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from JELLO. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to them.

About JELLO

JELLO curates and sells sensory products. JELLO does not manufacture the products it sells. Product specifications, materials and age recommendations are provided by our suppliers and are published on each product page as supplied to us.

Who can order

You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

Products and pricing

We try to describe and price everything accurately. Colors can look different on different screens. We may change prices, correct errors, and limit or discontinue any product at any time. If we discover an error in the price or description of something you have ordered, we will contact you and give you the choice of confirming the corrected order or cancelling it for a full refund.

Safety and supervision

Sensory products are toys. Follow the age recommendation shown on the product page and use them under adult supervision where that is appropriate. If a product page does not state an age recommendation, do not assume one.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel any order. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

Payment

Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment providers. By submitting your payment details you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method.

Shipping and returns

Shipping is governed by our shipping policy and returns by our refund policy. Both form part of these terms.

Content on this site

The JELLO name, logo, site design and copy belong to JELLO. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

User submissions

If you send us photos, videos, reviews or other content, you give us permission to use it in connection with JELLO, and you confirm it is yours to give.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, JELLO is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page is the one that applies.
