Where we ship

United States.

Processing time

Orders are prepared for shipment within 1 business day. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery estimates

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and is shown in full before you pay. No shipping charges are added after checkout.

Where orders ship from

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to begin updating.

Delays, lost and damaged parcels

If your parcel is late, appears lost, or arrives damaged, contact us at jiseongsin68@gmail.com with your order number and we will resolve it. Returns and refunds are covered by our refund policy.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; reshipping costs may apply.
