We would rather tell you the real timeline than a nice one. Everything here is what you should actually expect.

Where we ship

United States.

Processing time

Orders are prepared for shipment within 1 business day of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays start processing the next business day.

Delivery time

[TO CONFIRM - replace before launch] Fill in the real delivery window here once the supplier and carrier are locked in. State the full range, including the slow end. Do not shorten it.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address, and is shown in full before you pay. There are no charges added after checkout.

Tracking

You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to start updating after you receive it.

Where orders ship from

Something went wrong

If your order is late, lost or arrives damaged, contact us from the Contact page with your order number and we will make it right. Returns are covered by our Refund policy.
